Allison Frisbee, J.D., joined Kronos Bio in September 2020, and serves as Senior Vice President, Corporate Operations and Legal, where she has primary responsibility for the company’s operations and administration, and driving innovation and efficiency.

Before her tenure at Kronos Bio, Allison served in the Legal and Compliance department at Jazz Pharmaceuticals, in positions of increasing responsibility, laying the groundwork for a robust legal and compliance framework which ensured the successful introduction and reimbursement in the seamless launch of products including Xywav and Zepzelca. Her industry experience began at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where she provided legal support that bolstered the company’s oncology, cardiovascular, and virology portfolios.

Allison’s extensive legal background, which includes representing life sciences companies during her time at Orrick, Herrington and Sutcliffe, has endowed her with a unique perspective on organizational strategy and risk management. She holds a J.D. from Columbia University School of Law and a B.A. from the University of Rochester. As our SVP, Corporate Operations and Legal, Allison’s blend of legal expertise and operational insight ensures that Kronos Bio not only navigates the complexities of the biotech landscape but also delivers on its mission to bring life-changing treatments to patients.
