Executive Administrative Assistant

Location: Cambridge, MA


Kronos Bio seeks a highly motivated and experienced Executive Assistant to support its COO, CSO and drug discovery team in Cambridge, MA.  This person would also be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Cambridge site.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience, proven organizational, administrative and interpersonal skills, as well as experience working with senior executives. Experience within the healthcare industry is preferred but is not a requirement.


  • Proactively anticipates the administrative support needs of the COO and CSO.
  • Coordinates internal and external meetings with the ability to prioritize and resolve scheduling conflicts. Manages meeting room reservations and catering, as needed.
  • Assists in the development and organization of materials for meetings and conferences. (e.g. presentation slides, excel files, reports, etc.)
  • Organizes international and domestic travel, hotel accommodations, car service, preparation of itineraries/materials, order travel Visas, etc.
  • Arranges candidate interviews and travel.
  • Assists with onboarding of new employees. (e.g., ensure AV equipment has been ordered/set up, office space prepared, etc.)
  • Manages office supplies and daily operations for site.
  • Acts as point person for internal and external visitors.
  • Demonstrates a high degree of independence, – discretion, practical judgment, technical know-how, and focus on detail.
  • Performs other duties as required.


  • High school diploma/GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of administrative experience required, preferably in biotech/healthcare industry.
  • Collaborative work style; Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
